SBS bus..
i had received a reply email from SBS transit. Well, i had made a complaint to SBS some time last week. It was becoz i was late for sch 3 times last week. I had no one to blame if i were the one who woke up late & hence resulting in myself being late for the lesson. However, I was late coz bus 151 was of so low frequency.! I waited 45 minutes for that bus!! OMG...can u imagine that...!? 45 minutes leh..I think i am quite a patient person but 1 bus in 45 minutes really made me boiled, esp when i woke up so early every morning, with the intention of reaching school on time. Well, i admit that I value punctuality. That may be the reason why i cant stand waiting 45 minutes for a bus though I had frens whu made me waited 1hr b4....haa
ok..back to the reply email by SBS. It is obviously that they "fu yan" me. I emailed them with such a long letter & yet they replied me with 1 or 2 sentences. It is not as if i want a long reply from them. What I want is a reply that shows me that they are sincere in doing sth about the matter i addressed to them. But guess what, they don't even know my name when they replied me. The letter goes like this" Dear ,.....". My name is Karen & not a comma. Cant they just clicked back to my email & searched for my name at the end of the letter? Maybe that can mislead me to think that they had really gone through my letter. It is so obvious that they are juz entertaining me & is obliged to reply me. I guess the letter is just a template to reply to anyone whu complained them.
Well, i can't do anymore but to hope that there is really a change in the frequency of the bus 151. At least I had voiced out my opinions/ comments with sth I am unhappy with. Whether to do sth about it doesn't lie with me anymore. I hope SBS can take my suggestion seriously (though I doubt so)...if not, I think i might have to leave my house 2 hrs earlier instead of 1.5hrs. A long journey to school.........
